Together with partner Keith Signoriello, Ben Cavallo is the principal and co-owner of C&S Insurance, headquartered in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The agency maintains four locations throughout the state and employs 50+ team members. Ben and Keith can proudly say the agency has grown twentyfold since 2005. In fact, C&S Insurance was recently recognized among Boston Business Journal’s 25 Largest Insurance Brokers in Massachusetts.

Apart from its growth, C&S stands apart for delivering tailored insurance solutions to both personal and commercial clients. The agency’s driving philosophy remains: cheaper is not always better, and one size definitely does not fit all. Instead, C&S strives to develop proper protection plans at the lowest possible price. The agency’s commitment to customer service is evidenced by its many community awards and Readers’ Choice accolades. C&S Insurance is consistently voted among the best in Southeastern Massachusetts. In 2019, C&S’ Attleboro Branch Manager was named Massachusetts Insurance Agent of the Year.

Outside of the office, Ben served on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) for more than twelve years and was the Chair of the association in 2022. In 2011, the association named him “Young Agent of the Year,” in recognition of his contributions to the insurance industry. Ben has also served on boards for the Sturdy Memorial Foundation, the Utility Contractors Association of New England (UCANE), and Horizons at Dedham Country Day School, where he was Chair of the organization from, 2022 until 2024. He is an active alumnus of Xaverian Brothers High School, where he currently serves on their Headmaster’s Council.

A graduate of Emory University and Boston College, Ben strongly believes in the importance of education. In addition to earning both a BA and an MBA, Ben holds several insurance designations, including CIC, AAI, and CISR.

Ben is married to Angela Cavallo, and the couple has two children, Sam (a rising sophomore at Xaverian) and Ellie (a fifth grader at Dana Hall.) The Cavallos spend their winters skiing in the White Mountains and summers in Osterville, enjoying the Cape. Ben plays way too much golf and passionately (perhaps irrationally) follows the Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics.
