Chuck Quealy has worked in the insurance industry for more than 35 years. He joins C&S as Chief Operating Officer, a role that will draw on his vast experience with personal lines, commercial lines, accounting and claims.

A Massachusetts native, Chuck is an avid fan of all local sports teams: the Red Sox, Bruins, Patriots, and Celtics (in that order). In his free time, Chuck runs a travel softball program for King Philip families.

Chuck lives in Plainville with his wife, Jensine. The couple has three grown children & three grandchildren.
