Julia comes to C&S with just shy of a decade of experience in all HR subject matters, and various industries.

Starting from a young age Julia loved working with people and businesses alike. While pursing her bachelors degree at Roger Williams University she knew she found her niche after her first human resources course.

Since then she has obtained her SHRM-CP and actively keeps up with the ever-changing HR laws, trends, and ways to create the best workplace.

She is a firm believer that our people are our biggest asset, and strives to create a positive culture, workplace, and impact at C&S Insurance.

Originally from New Jersey, RWU brought her to Bristol, RI, but her now husband got her to stay there.

Today she resides in Bristol with her husband Louis, almost two year old daughter Elliana, and their two dogs Skyla and Sparky.

Her favorite place to be is home with her husband, daughter, and dogs; but relaxing on the beach in Turks and Caicos would be her second choice.
